Don’t forget to nominate your favorite local charity to be in the running for $1000.00 to further their cause. Current, BASA members may nominate one charity that fits the following criteria:
1. 501 c 3 or governmental non-profit
2. Serve primarily older adults 50 and over
3. Have been in business for at least 3 years
4. Provide services in Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim, Benzie or Kalkaska counties
The nomination form is attached.
Forms to be submitted to Fred Goldenburg or Connie Hintsala. Winners will be notified in advance of the Senior Expo, where awards will be handed out on the stage at 2:30 p.m.
